Who called from 2132322574

Called cell phone. Already blocked on landline. These criminals are persistent, but now I've blocked them again. There is no "free cruise".

A few hours after they called my cell, they called my landline. 7:21 pm. Despite the reports just starting today,  my blocking service still caught it.
