A man named Kelly Jones called my former place of employment and left a message there for me to call him regarding a lawsuit tha they are bringing against me for fraud. He said that Cash Advance Payday Loan turned my fil over to them for collections. He has all of my information including my S.S.N, address and even the name and phone numbers of two of my friends. He spoke with an Indian/India or Middle Eastern accent. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I could tell that this was a scam. He refused to give me a mailing address or any other info that a collections co. should be willing to give out. Then the conversation turned sexual in nature. He said he wanted to have sex w/me and also that he was bi-sexual. I hung up the phone. These people are really sick and perverted!!! I have put call block on this phone number. Hopefully I won't hear from them anymore.

I received a voice message (and a call from my ex-girlfriend) to return a call to this number. My caller ID read: (810)673-056...yes, an incomplete number. When I returned the call, a man named "John" answered with a very thick Middle-Eastern/Indian accent. He claimed he was with "Hudson Law Firm" and a lawsuit was being brought against me for failure to repay a loan. He said the company was Cash Advance/Payday Loan and that I could only remit payment via credit or debit card over the phone. He was getting quite rude in his threats to sue me. He would not send anything in the mail when I requested and was upset when I said I would call Cash Advance. He said that if it were to go to court, I would have to pay thousands. I called Cash Advance and they have never turned my file over to anyone and that I do NOT have any outstanding loans. Please be on the lookout for this creep and don't let him ruin your day as he did mine
These people are NUTS!!!!! I'm so glad I looked into this and can relate! I've gotten the same Jack Roberts, John, Kevin or Kelly Jones people calling me. It's UNREAL... an estimated 35-40 messages/hang ups on my cell phone for some cash advance from Nov. of 2007 it is now Dec. of 2009 (I've never received info. to my house of outstanding debt, etc.)... they would not provide me any original documents or information as to whom they were affiliated w/. Threaten to press charges and take me to court for thousands of dollars as well. I have since called the States Attorney office and have reported the harrassing phone calls, threats and rude behavior. I've had enough and honestly do not feel I should have to change my cell phone number just because they are calling me thinking I'm going to give into a dumb [***] scam!!! BTW... what type of accredited law firm/collector would contact me by my cell?!!!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE GET TO YOU AS THEY PUT MY DAY IN A PANIC MESS... THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!
they called my cell and my husbands cell and told me they had a law suit againest me to have my lawyer call them they called me once before and i called the state police they stopped for awhile then started up again how do you stop these people from calling your cellor any other phone.and told me to call them back with this number 12132325938. they also called my work
