A man named Kelly Jones called my former place of employment and left a message there for me to call him regarding a lawsuit tha they are bringing against me for fraud. He said that Cash Advance Payday Loan turned my fil over to them for collections. He has all of my information including my S.S.N, address and even the name and phone numbers of two of my friends. He spoke with an Indian/India or Middle Eastern accent. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I could tell that this was a scam. He refused to give me a mailing address or any other info that a collections co. should be willing to give out. Then the conversation turned sexual in nature. He said he wanted to have sex w/me and also that he was bi-sexual. I hung up the phone. These people are really sick and perverted!!! I have put call block on this phone number. Hopefully I won't hear from them anymore.
A hindu speaking person named "John" called and left this number (he also left a message for my ex-girlfriend). He claimed he was with "Hudson Law Firm" and a suit was being filed against me by Cash Advance loan company. He wanted me to resolve the matter by paying an "outstanding" loan over the phone using a debit or credit card. He would not send anything via mail and was actually pretty rude about threatening to sue me. I said I would call the loan company and he said I wasn't allowed; that they wouldn't deal with me. Well, I called the loan company and they say I'm in the clear and that they don't deal with delinquent loans in that manner anyhow. The caller ID was an incomplete number...
I just received a call exactly as the one above, his name was Mark, Hindu Accent telling me I was being charged with fraud due to a pay day loan company... When i looked at into the number and the name and address associated it came back to a residential:Luis Duque living in LA
The above stories are all the same as my situation. I totally think they are scam artists especially since they can not provide me any written documentation as to what I owe. Who does business like that????!@!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM.. i also looked up the phone # in reverse look up and Luis Duque came back as well. Not sure why these people think that we are going to just provide them w. a credit/debit info. over the phone and not know what the heck we are paying the debt for! I've reported to the States Attorney just for my own satisfaction. I'm just going to ignore. Thank Goodness I'm not alone here!!!! I'm very annoyed w/ the harrassing phone calls and threats. These people are total IDIOTS!
