This guy called my phone and said i owed a payday loan that i did not take out.And said I would be sued for it.I said I will fight it .Because I did not borrow any money from a pay day loan.
I just had this same phone call only a slightly different MO. It was an Indian woman calling for the legal department and once she "verified" the last four of my social, which she already had, I was transferred.
Then the Indian man got on the phone and I told him I could not understand him and he needed to transfer me to someone who spoke Engligh. She said no, I am the one handling your case and I want to confirm your details. He shouted off my bank, account, routing and debit card numbers as well as my home address, two best friends and auto finance company.
I tried questioning him and he would not give anything up and insisted that I wasn't letting him do his job and he would tell me everything when he was done. At this point, I googled his phone number and found this page and quickly saw others have had the same call and I hung up and reported it to the fraud departments of both of my banks!
I just had this same person call me at work. When I got off the phone I googled the phone number and started reading this. Can we report this phone number to anyone? I called my bank and he said the best thing to do is change my bank account number. I am sick to my stomach.

It is a litte indian man that will not give out his company's name.
