OMG how annoying is this. They are calling constantly and not leaving a message. We recently (within past 2 weeks) started a low-cost trial subscription so they're probably calling to sell us more.
I started a subscription with the LA Times a few months ago. When they paper wasn't being delivered, I called to cancel. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes while they pleaded with me to stay with them.
I didn't.
I subscribed to the LA Times again, this time about a week ago. On the second day of my subscription, they delivered the wrong paper. So, I spent another 20 minutes on the phone while they pleaded with me to remain as a subscriber.
I didn't.
