Got a Call from 231-238-2892 I picked up they hung up. Global Reach int. just likes to make phone calls to piss people off . Some sicko running up his phone bill . Not selling anything, just has time and money to piss away.

Yeah I have been getting call from this number for weeks. I am on the no call list. 213.239.2892 that is the number. Any ideas how to stop this? Contact our providers? And yeah I am in WI and I am getting this call. No messages ever.
Called several times to my vail, colorado number. They hang up when I answer & never leave a message. Was busy when I called back once and "all circuits busy" when I called back another time ..
Same as above... why is this not a harrasment issue and should be stopped by the phone service provider. The company is misusing the communication lines and is in violation of the FCC regulations.
