this # keeps calling me, doesn't leave message, and hangs up when I answer.  Who is this?

I am getting the same calls for the last 2 days around the same time.

Who is this? and WHY do they keep calling me at least 5 times daily and NEVER leave messages??

This is a company selling Education.

It called me asking for my fiance. I told her he wasn't at home and asked if I could take a message. She said "no, that's ok, thanks."
She sounded older than dirt. and wasn't very polite
