Stop calling!  Don't know who  you are and don't care!

Someone from this number continues to call my husband's number.  They don't leave a message and he doesn't answer.  Who is this calling?  They need to be stopped.

Just calls and hangs up.   Don't know anyone in LA

I have been getting many calls from this number I told them twice to stop calling but it continues. I would like to know who or what company it is. Can I block it from my cell?
