It is collections NPS Company, they say they are legal services to settle a debt before their client (in my case HSBC Bank of which the debt is from 2001) takes me to court, if I do not settle they will serve me documentation, and if I do not respond or show up to court a lien can be placed against my property, bank accounts, and 25% garnishment from my paycheck. The agent was real nice but I told her I dont have it cause I am in between jobs, I DID NOT COMMIT MYSELF TO MAKING ANY PAYMENTS. She told me good bye and best of luck.

the 844 # has been associated with PAS Legal 31091 Rancho California Rd, Temecula 92567. That address itself does not search to anything, but there is as US post office at 30777 Rancho California Rd near the other alleged address.
I see from your post that they also claim to be NPS Co., to sue on old debts, which is what this
scam appears to be about. they implied there was a big ruch to respond, and to contact
that old acquaintance immediatelly, within 3 hours. . . . . NOT ! ! ! NOT !! ! What a crock ! ! !
they are calling me asking if anyone will be available to accept legal documents on my behalf what bull. I told them if they called again I would call the police in their area and send them . So they started calling me from a San Antonia TX # 210-272-9732 told them the same thing.
