DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING EVEN IF YOU DO GET A JOB. THE DEBT PURCHASER OBVIOUSLY ISNT WORRIED ABOUT GUIDELINES. IT HAS EXCEEDED STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS THEY CAN NOT PURSUE IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN ASKING DO YOU WANT TO PAY. IF IT IS ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT CONTACT BUREAUS, ASK FOR IT TO BE REMOVED DUE TO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
They called me several times at my moms house, once they said they were from nationwide wanting me to accept legal documents but wouldnt verify their name or buisness address. They called again and talked to another family member and wouldnt provide any part of their name, the company they worked for phone number or anything they just asked if i was going to be home to accept legal papers. When my brother called back there was a message that said, "THE MAGIC JACK PHONE CUSTOMER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME". I called at a later time and just got a fast busy signal. Clearly a scam! No reputable buisness will use majic jack phone service for one and 2. The call would be more professional than some [***] head trying to obtain personal information.
2nd day they called and I answered but then they hung up. Obviously they want me to call back so they can run up charges on my phone. I didn't and won't. I Googled and found this so I'm blocking the caller.
found this post after getting a missed call, I know for a fact that I have no outstanding debts in collection so I'll just assume scam and block caller
so this place calls asking for me and i take a message, they gave me a different number to call which is no good. so they continue to call without leaving a voice mail message. I look it up online and find this....sounds like a scam.
I got a call from this number 5 minutes ago, asking for a friend we know, he may have used our address 15 years ago the girl sounded very unprofessional the caller ID came up as "TRACIE SMITH" so I picked it up thinking its a wrong number. She said if you can pass this message on and also give him this file number and this phone # 844 350 1555 it all sounded very fake. I said to how you do not sound legit shes saying hmmmm...... I told please do not call here again or I will call the police for harassment! please people google and leave honest post like this! we can save each other from scams!!!1
