Caller ID "RESEARCH CA".  I didn’t answer, and the caller did not go through the prompts to bypass my call screening device.

This is a research, survey company, you cannot put them on the Do not call list because they are Not telemarketers. They are not selling anything. This just want your opinion on various subjects.
