SOB called twice within 2 hours, never left a message so they obviously didn't need to speak to me. Both calls had CID as "Los Angeles CA" - no message, no want to talk to you - BLOCKED
A research company can call any number even if they are on the DNC list. HOWEVER they by law, MUST maintain their own internal list of people they've called and been told to be removed from all future calls. If you get a jackhole that calls and tells you otherwise, get his supervisor on the phone and tell him you are to be place in their DNC list.
