Who called from 2132667128

My phone 'missed' a call but it didn't ring.  Based on what I see from other callers, I'll be blocking this caller from future calls.

They did not leave a message.

I also received this recorded male telephone call in Spanish about lowering my home energy costs.  It's definitely a scam because  I don't conduct any business online or over the phone in Spanish.

Rang twice and hung up. Saw the number listed on here. Now blocking!
