The Fraktard Scumbags called twice within 5 minutes. When I called the number back (my number was blocked), I got a woman speaking spanish which makes me wonder of it connected to the same bottom feeders that use (904)586-4000.
This number called my home phone twice in less than 5 minutes with second call at 4:50 PM 12/20/2016 and LOCAL MARKETING shown in place of a name on caller ID. I did not answer either call and no message was left.
Caller ID says: Los Angeles CA. Some sort of robo call in Spanish that mentioned [according to my high school Spanish] an electric bill. Sounds like a scam.
