It's a scam. If you don't want to get these calls anymore and have an iPhone... Go into your "Recent Calls" and touch the little "i" on the righthand side next to this number. Scroll to the bottom and select "Block this Caller".
I'm with here, at least easier to manage these bogus scammers by not answering and then blocking! Still makes me angry that our phone services we pay for are being taken over by these (no with strong enough I can use here)
Called at about 12:50 PM. I don't know anyone from the 213 area code. Didn't answer and came directly to 800notes.com and found out that this is a probable scammer. BLOCKED!
