This xxx-holes called my cell phone. That being said...
There's no way in xxxx they're giving away a cruise to the Bahamas - this is so obviously a  SCAM, my 6 year old grandson could spot it a mile away...
If by chance any of y'all get a live person, do not under any circumstancess give any personal information to them. And get Caller ID on your landline if you don't already have it - worth every cent...
On your cell phone you can simply block the number

CID "Los Angeles CA", no message left.

It's a telemarketer autodialer

Called, I answered but no one was on the line.  Blocked the Caller
