"The survey has ended," is what the India call centers now have as out-going messages. The used to use "This number is no longer in service." Chances are the phone number itself is spoofed.
ID says: "Name Unavailable"..... Caller ignored the screener's warning, and said / did nothing as instructed by call blocker. Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever! Good riddance!
It's one of those robo-calls that's voice activated where they pretend to be a real person. They say they're calling from customer service and go on about how you've been chosen to get some vacation .....blah blah blah. Don't answer. And block them.
