caller id showed 213-266-7372 and "LOS ANGELES  CA"   9:30 AM 7/9/16.

We do not answer unknown calls.  No call back since this AM.  We are on landline and on do not call list and have opted out of all 3rd party crap from every bank and company we deal with and still get these nuisance calls.

It's obviously spam.

I called it back got a recording,"the survey has ended".. blocked

"The survey has ended," is what the India call centers now have as out-going messages. The used to use "This number is no longer in service." Chances are the phone number itself is spoofed.
