they called back after I hung up then said I needed to get to my computer to correct some errors. Told them no way was I giving any body access to my computer. to which I immediately hung up. they called back again trying to say I had several errors and it would ruin my computer if he did not fix it. had to hang up on this idiot 4 times before he got the message
Also just got a call from this number...can't anyone do anything about this clown (for lack of a nastier name) calling...apparently they are a real pain in the a**.
I had fun with these guys today. I was waiting for a package and they called. It was just like others have described: (accent, hard to understand, lots of line noise). It was like shooting fish in a barrel. I kept them on the phone for almost 30 minutes letting them walk me through over and over again how to download and install a remote desktop connection software from ammyy.com. This appears to be a valid web site providing a limited version for free and feature loaded package for a small fee. They were attempting to get me to install the remote access software and then let them connect to my computer so they could help me with errors that were being reported by my computer. This was fun. I told them thanks for the entertainment and helping me pass a few minutes.
