Received a call from this number but it was just an automated message claiming to collect a debt for NCO Financial Systems, Inc. The call back number given in the message was (800) 379-5209, which is already associated with this company on 800notes. Not sure how legit this is as they didn't leave any case reference number and since i'm not in accounts payable, I sent a message to the department. We'll see what happens.
Received a call from 213-271-2055. They call twice & hung up. I would appreciate them not calling a business, and hanging up. They did not accept a return call!
the phone number 213-271-2055 is T-Mobil Wireless,they also use another number 636-4146 ( no area code listed for this one) We have received volumes of hang up calls from them, We finally called them and put them on notice we would file harrassment complaint against them with the Attorney General if they continued to call because now they are aware we never had a T-Mobil wireless phone and dont own one. We have a SECURED LAND PHONE # that they have abused and also our cell phone which by the way is NOT T-Mobil Wireless.When I filed the original complaint with them,expecting them to STOP they continued the hang up calls sometimes several each day.
The calls now fall under harrassment. If you contact them besure and get the name of the person you talk to when you file the complain they only give their first name with id# to identify themself.
Their legal counsel address is; 12920 SE 38th Street, Bellevue, Washington,98006-1350, Call them and report to them that if they continue to call you after you notify them and allow them 7 to 10 business days to correct their records, ( most of the times they will not accept a call back return call ) WHEN THEY ACCEPT A RETURN CALL WHICH IS NOT OFTEN,THEY WILL PRESSURE YOU TO COLLECT PRIVATE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOU,DONT GIVE IT ) MAKE IT CLEAR TO THEM YOU CAN FILE HARRASSMENT CHARGES AGAINST THEM IF THEY CONTINUE TO CALL AND HANG UP ON YOU, OR IF THEY THREATEN YOUR SAFETY. If they are calling you regarding one of their products that you own besure and contact them that would fall under litigiment contact,but,the hang up stuff is another issue. after you have exhausted all your avenues with them. and they are still calling and hanging up on you , you can write to their law representation location ; T Mobil Wireless,Legal Department , 12920 SE 38th St, Bellevue,Washington, 98006-1350 Allow enough time ( 30 business days for a response) if after that you are still receiving the hang up calls report it to The Washington State Attorney General Office)
