Who called from 2132800012

The text shows that it is from 1010100002 but there was another "from" number in the body of the text message.  Here's what I got:

SUBJ: 1stCity
MSG:"FirstCityC.U."lock your_DebitCard CallSecurityDepartment at: 702-447-0283

Looks like phishing to me...

I got a similar text just now 1010100223

Same 707 number in the body. First City Credit Union?

Computer voice will ask for your card # which you are never be asked by your bank.

yes I just got it too!  I gave them a fake card number!
