A man named John wants to send 12 bottles of Roederer Cristal Champagne to a 'client' in New York. E are a small retailer in Colorado. Why call us? Wants to pay by credit card and have FeEd Ex pick it up. Total charge would be $3300. gotta be a scam
I am called daily from this number, sometimes twice daily, at different times of the day. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and refuse to respond to this. I want it to stop. I have never answered the call because I do not recognize the number and if it was a professional call, they would leave me a message. Does the DO NOT LIST mean anything for consumer or not?
These people have been harassing me since 10/13/11. My number is registered on the Do Not Call List. I don't know how these people got a hold of my number and my social. So far, I have received a total of 15 calls. They claim I owed Time Warner for a cable box when they installed it at place. I told them that I was never a customer of Time Warner, does not have a cable box nor have I lived at the address they have on their records. The man would not take no for an answer so I slammed the phone on his ears. I would like to sue these people for harassment, but I was unable to find out the identity of this company. Any advice?
Supposedly this number is from Credit Management debt collection agency, which deals with Time Warner cable. I found out today that someone stole my social security number and started two cable accounts in my name. This company is associated with those fraudulent accounts.
