I get these calls daily. I wonder if they know they are calling a Canadian Number and that we do not have the IRS here. Probably not.
This is getting very annoying and because they are calling internationally, there is nothing we can do about other than educate our friends and loved ones to ignore these calls.
Yup, the IRS made a personal phone call to tell me I'm in trouble and they need my attorney of record. Well, I think the number I will give them will be to my local PD! Scammers - the IRS doesn't call people! People, beware, this is a scam, do not believe them - it's been all over the news about these types of calls - wake up, pay attention and be smart.
This number(213) 289-3862 has called me multiple times. I went ahead and blocked it but it is still able to leave me those same threatening voicemails. Please help stop these calls!!!
These guys called me left the same robotic message already like three times I called them back on the first time and I said wait you're the irs? Why don't you tell me your first name and tell me my first and last name the call cut off. What a bunch of lamest trying to scare people.
