Just received a call from this number. I immediately checked this site because I never answer calls from numbers that aren't stored in my phone book. Glad to know this is a scam. I'll be blocking this number.
Left a message claiming to be DirecTV with a promotional offer and for me to call them back to find out what it is. They call ten times a day so I blocked the number.
I too received a call from them saying they were upgrading me to the largest Directv package for free. The weird part of it was they knew what package I had.
Said they were direct TV offering a deal for a add on sports package and NFL Sunday ticket for 10 dollar a month more just had to keep sports package for 12 months. Never asked for personal info...called back and got VM saying to hold for next rep.
