I called again they answer the phone as "corporate office" then I asked the name of the company he says its Steel Morgan and Associates. then I ask if they can mail an documents and he said they usually just fax it but that someone will deliver documents in person.
this number claims to be collecting for my old debt for Sears HSBC from before my bankruptcy in 2007. An unknown number calls me says i'm going get a summons and they have wrong address for me then tell me call this number and then give me a file number. and they put me on hold twice for five minutes. The guy said I committed fraud because I open a line credit after my bankruptcy and that i commited fraud to federal government and that I can serve jail time for it. I should have asked for name and address of company plus send it in writing.

I got call from this number staying they are Suprior Court actually. Then they asked for my ex husband and his current address etc.to serve him,.....
I asked the lady where she got my phone number as reference on his record? She said it was referenced there. I told her that is impossible since he never used my number as reference anywhere...then conversation got quick....
I did google the number and also called back the person that answered said this is a legal office...
It is so unfair to Suprior Court Service that those scum people pretend to be their representatives... disgusting....
I just received a call from this number. They wouldn't give me details of what they wanted but made it clear I will be served in person. I want to pretend I'm not the person they are looking for.Has anyone done this? If so how did that work for you?
