The caller is fraudulent : stating that he is from the "IRS" and trying to collect $ or else paperwork is filed in Federal Court for arrest on tax fraud.

I also received a call fro this number. Message stated I had filed fraudulent taxes and a warrant for my arrest would be issued in federal court unless I returned their call. This is a fraud scam. If the I.R.S. is after you they ALWAYS contact you by mail.

I also got a call from this number. Left a message twice saying that I did some illegal tax evasion and tax fraud. If I do not return the call within 24 hours, he Melvin Beckett of tax mortgage of IRS will proceed with my arrest.

My parents got a message from Melvin well guess what I'm gonna find u you fuckjn fraud! Fake fake fake u called it fake message!!

I have had several calls from this same # in California sometimes leaving a message and sometimes not stating all the same things.
