Another Nigerian 419 Kijiji Scammer. Guy is replying to Kijiji ads in Canada via SMS to try and have items shipped to Nigeria for his son/daughter/partner/whatever. Will offer you full price plus $200 (or more) for shipping through PayPal.

This is a total scam, do not send this person anything. The Paypal link he sends you is fake.
