Calls 4-5 times a day every couple of hours-no message.

No message just a hangup - very irritating. If they want to talk to me why not at least leave a message.

called the number back and got a recording.  This is from ACS program - a debt consolidation company that I had "apparently" inquired about in the past.  Still don't understand why they won't talk when they call you.

Answered the call and no one was there/spoke.

My mobile number was submitted as interested in debt consolidation under a different name and I'm getting calls for "Jennifer" left and right. I'm sure this is another debt consolidation offer.

Here's a great way to piss someone off: submit their name and phone number for debt consolidation. The name/number gets re-sold over and over.
