Who called from 2132933553

I actually answered the call - some guy named "Josh from Customer Service" trying to tell me that I was pre-selected as a winner of an all expenses paid trip to Disney.  After about a minute of this, I hung up....seriously?

Received call on my cell phone from 1-213-293-3553 @ 11:58 am on April 11, 2015. caller ID shows "No Name". Didn't answer. Don't know if message left - never check voice mail.

Same here,  Did not leave me a message

some survey

Hung up after 7seconds, did not speak or respond.
Upon calling back, "the survey you are calling about has finished".

My phone number is on the do not call list
