A man calling himself Jason Brotzman uses this number as a contact number posing as a broker for a condo owner in Hawaii. He texts information back and forth and sometimes phones for information regarding a wire transfer for the condo rental. He is a fraud and a thief.

He would send me emails at 4 am.. odd.. called me only at 2 am..
and his email words didn't make sense.
How do we go about this and helping others protect them selves?
