I have received 2 calls after business hours asking for my dad's date of birth. When I asked for there number so I could call Apria during business hours they said they did not have that number right now. This is a scam. My dad does use Apria/Coram, so I wonder where they are getting all this info from. Is Apria not guarding our info closely enough?
I have gotten 3 calls from them . I get supplies through them, though her insurance pay's for it. When I try to call it back I get an error message saying my call can not be completed as dialed. Something sounds very strange. I'm going to call the 800 number on Monday and report this number.
Received a call from this number saying it was Apria billing. If this is a CA number that means it was 5:30 am they were calling me. I am central time zone. Wanted my date of birth. Told them I didn't feel comfortable giving info like that over the phone. Told them I would call them later.
