Another one of the 213 298 telescammers.  Our blocker allows us to block not only entire area codes but area codes and prefix numbers.
We have ALL calls using 213 area code and 298 prefix BLOCKED.

ALL of their calls and phone numbers are blocked.

Answer the call but nobody talking few times per day

These people keep calling us even though we've been on the Do Not Call List since 2003 and have renewed multiple times. The telemarketer said their employees were working for the state, and said Yes when I specifically asked if they were employees of state of California. However the person who came out said he was not a state employee. In other words, the company is repeatedly violating the No Call list and is also making fraudulent claims to promote their business.

If the person came out, did you get a business card or other proof positive ID?

Did the caller ID say Rsquared?  That is what is said on mine for the 3537#.  Can you say how you determined the numbers are related?  Thx!
