Lady trying to tell me about energy services from the state. Said not trying to sell anything (lol). Didn't even say thank you for your time or goodbye, surprise surprise.
A lady with a heavy accent (sounded like Filipino to me, but she said she wasn't from the Philippines) called. I asked her about 8 times what the name of her company was. What I could make out was something about California solar energy. It was so hard to understand her. She added that I wouldn't have to buy anything. Then I asked where was she located. Again, I had to ask her about 10 times. I think it was Santa Fe Springs, CA. Then I proceeded to ask where in California, Northern or Southern. At that point she was so frustrated she hung up. LOL. Of course, I never did get the reason why she was calling. Was she trying to sell me solar panels? Or was she giving me free solar panels? This certainly wasn't a professional business call. I can't help but think she was being deceitful and was taking too long to tell me the real story. Does this sound like a scam?
