Who called from 2133005837

IRS scam - says this is my final notice that a lawsuit has been filed against me and to call this number to get details.

It is a scam. They called me, and I know I have no tax problems. The IRS doesn't make initial contact by phone, they use the mail.

I also got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS. They left me a voice mail saying they were filing a lawsuit against me.

We got a call from this number today claiming that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against us.  He could barely speak English.  I have always been told from the IRS that they will not call you on the phone and they will contact you by mail and you will have to sign for most paperwork that is sent.  Do not fall for this and definitely don't pay anyone over the phone.  BIG SCAM
