Left me a VM so I called back. I asked him when the IRS started leaving sensitive info over VM and not mail letters. He didn't reply. So I said told him I've received multiple calls from this number for the same scam and it's illegal - he told me to shut up and listen to him speak. Guy on other end said he wasn't the IRS and to never call him again or he'd press charges. Called back 6 more times and he picked up all 6 times pretending to be an IRS agent. He's so stupid at his own game.

I called these scammers back last night and gave them totally false information - such as name, address, zip code, etc. They then told me I owed $10,898 .Isn't there any way to stop these thieves???
Those people (crooks is a better word) are also helpless if they've got no kind of a response from who they call. You can shut them down by not answering in any way. They can't play unless there's a participant and they often get disgusted and stop bothering with numbers that only ring.
This people whoever they are, have nothing better to do but to annoy people!!
How can they threaten people that they are going get arrested!... Pure scam!!!
Someone needs to shut them down!!!
