message from this number said they were the IRS and that they are starting a law suit against me

Got same message about Law Suit against me .
as far as the IRS is concerned they would never contact you by cell phone

I got the same call from this number

Caller from Los Angeles California, from 213-308-2471. They left a message that said "....(In)ternal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 213-308-2471. I repeat 213-308-2471. Thank you."

They just called again while I was writing this post.

I got the same message.
