They use a reverse directory thats how they get your phone number...and it certainly is a SCAM.....I contacted TD Visa and they have verified this for me...DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE WHEN YOU GET AN UNSOLICITED CALL......I TOLD THEM I WOULD CHECK WITH TD VISA AND HUNG UP...
AND YOU ALL SHOULD DO THE SAME.......

I was just talking to NET. Apparently someone is using thier phone number with a machine that changes Caller ID to contact people. This number called 2X today with no response from the other end
