They are so anoying. They have been calling us constantly, never leave a message or answer when we pick up. Is there anything that can be done about this? How can we block this number or company?
They are calling all the time and does not leave any message.
I already reported it to the donotcalllist, but i still get calls from 1-213-316-7133.
can the FCC or any other government agency can penalize them with a fat fine?
I got a call from this number. They pretend to be a collection agency, the lady I spoke to said "Pioneer Communication Collection". I was shocked because I never had an account in collection. I didn't give them any of my informations. I'm Filipino and I can tell that these people who called are Filipinos from their accent. I feel sorry for all this lowlife scammers.
These people need to be stopped!! A city's law makes a neighbors dog stop barking consistantly after 10 minutes, but we cant stop phone calls from coming into our homes ever 10 minutes. They have been calling us every day. Last night they called as late as 9:30. I HATE these calls!!!
