Who called from 2133167133

Called from 866-357-0338 wanting to speak to a Filipino... had a "package" for us and said they would call back...  I am sure they will.

do not know who these people are. my cell numer that they keep calling is listed on the govt's 'do not call' list.

These people need to stop calling me. They call at least 4 times per week and don't leave a message. You are a pain in the a--.  Stop it....  give me your phone number so that I can return the favor.

This phone number, 231 316 7133, calls all the time and I am listed on do not call. I have no idea what the company name is .

very annoying caller, i told them not to call again and still do.
