Sent me a text offering mortagage rate reduction. A unsolicited text message, are you [***] me?

Rec'd text - unsolicited! - abt debt consolidation. Asking "may we call you?"  Um, NO!!

"Is your mortgage payment too high?  Our program can lower your high payments immediately.  May we please give you a call regarding this?"
Whether or not my mortgage payment is too high, unsolicited text messages are always unwelcome and an automatic NO.
Switchboard.com reverse number lookup says this came from a cell phone in Los Angeles.

ARGG!  I got a text message from them.  I did some research and it is a prepaid AT&T phone out of LA.  I called AT&T and they hung up on me the first time.  I called back and filed a complaint.

I got an unsolicited text from the same number, same thing - Mortgage payment to high?

Really didn't care that it was an unsolicited text, it was more the fact that it came at 2:40am.
