Also, would be nice if the CA Dept of Real Estate did an investigation too.  All solicitation is required to have a license number and this is clearly in violation.

unsolicited text message of a mortgage reduction offer.

I received an unsolicited text message, stating:
Is your credit card debt $10,000 or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately.  May we give you a call?

I received the same unsolicited text message on Oct. 19, 2009, stating:

"Is your credit card debt $10,000 or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately.  May we give you a call?"

is anyone at all concerned of how they acquired our number in order to send this text?
