My daughter uses a Skype account to call me from oversees (Spain) and this number showed up in the caller ID. My guess is that it is some kind of oversees router. One time she called and it said “District of Columbia”. Hope this helps.
Same thing here. He and this woman were harassing our workplace about a year ago non-stop for three months, however we were unable to trace the call then because despite being a large company we didn't have caller ID. Usually, they ask for me or our security department. He must have gotten bored until just a few days ago, and I was finally able to get the number because we just got caller ID.
Despite my disappointment this jerk can't be traced, I feel a lot better knowing it's not just our company. This person truly has no life. He also uses 213-286-4199. What a surprise, another skype number.
Guys, its a Skype number i call my relatives from skype it simply asks in the sign in form "City" i puut Burbank hence that is a downtown la number come on its a prank if you dont know the person on the other line and i called my house and left a message the number was "Unknown Name, 213-325-3300" now get REAL
We run a furniture store and just received a message on our voice mail on 4/23/10 at 3:26am from (213)325-3300 stating that they were going to hack our computers. Given all the comments above, I am going to assume this is a prank call. Regardless, we changed our passwords anyways.
YES, I JUST RECEIVED A CALL TO A BUSINESS THAT I ANSWER FOR, IT'S ALMOST 3AM MY TIME AND HE SOUNDED MIDDLE EASTERN AS WELL, MALE VOICE. SAID HE WANTED TO GET TO KNOW ME AND THEN DEMANDED MY NAME AND THEN STATED HE WAS GOV ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER (SP?). LOSER IS RIGHT!
