My wife is diabetic. We get these calls all the time. They all have a foreign accent. They want to send us diabetic supplies, sleep apnea products or something for back problems. I have gotten rid of some of them by denying that anyone in our household has any medical problems. I don't know for a fact but I'm sure it's some sort of scam.
Because you are on the national do not call list you can fill a complaint with the following.the FTC, the FCC and the BBB. You can either call them or go to their websites. This is how I have had to get them to stop calling me.
Receive numerous calls from this number even after telling them we aren't interested and to remove us from their list. These calls come every day. We are also on a no call list.
keep getting calls from this number ... on do not call list..
get calls at least once a day up to 6 times a day.. health issues make these phone calls MORE THAN ANNOYING.. they need to be stopped
