Who called from 2133333221

i would like these people to stop calling my no this is a insult to seniors everywhere you should be ashamed of your self to act a fool like this there should be a law against this and i am going to get in touch with the right people about this

i have asked 4-5 times a day for at least 3 weeks for these people to stop calling me. they continue to call

I receive calls from this number daily... when you call it back it goes to a voice mail... it says senior care... I have left messages to remove me from list, it doesn't make a difference... I even told them that I would report them to local police... no difference.
I am on the do not call list... don't know what else to do.

Any help would be great!!

This number has called me every day this week from 11/26-11/28.  They don't say anything, all I hear is a scrathcy noise and then the call gets disconnected.  I have tried calling it back and the same thing happens.
