Calls and hangs up, no messages. Caller ID reads "LA County" but when I call back, an automated response says, "The number you have reached is not in service".
Seems they use one of those false Called ID machines to make you think it's LA County, but likely telemarketers or bill collectors.
Same number, CID reads "LA County" called back, its disc. Either a VOIP dialer that lets you change your outgoing caller id, or Spoof Card.
Anywho, when I picked up lady answered, and was questioning where she was calling. I kept repeating the same word over and over until she hung up. Telemarketer, or Bill Collector. She was terrible at both, so the good news is, it wont be her voice calling very much longer.
LA County DCFS - this is the number that shows up when anyone from their building calls you, even though the specific number calling you may be different (Like if the number theyre calling from is 213-351-55XX, you have to call 213-351-5500 ext XX to get directly to the line theyre calling from)
