Called my cell in the middle of the night waking up the household. I didn't answer and no voicemail left.

Continues to call without leaving a message - relentless.

Asks for unrelated name to you (like "Robert"),   then says "Oh maybe you can help me....."  goes into long talk about breast Cancer research. Sounds scam-like

First call from this number. Tried to call back but number did not go through.

I got called today and i had to look at the area code because it didn't say
