I got a call from this number and its said "My mistake, sorry about that" and i also received a call from 1(000)000-0000 a few days ago asking me to vote for Obama.
I also got the call with the automated, "my mistake, sorry about that." I went to the National Do Not Call Registry, https://www.donotcall.gov/, and registered my complaint against that number. I suggest you do the same.
