The caller is fraudulent : stating that he is from the "IRS" and trying to collect $ or else paperwork is filed in Federal Court for arrest on tax fraud.
I called the Federal Trade Commission, the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and AT&T regarding the fraudulent calls I received. I also called the host of their phone number, too.
I also received a call. It was a Melvin Bechett?? from the IRS saying that I have a warrant out of my arrest for tax evasion. He left a call back number of 213-375-0472 to get more info on the situation.
Good old Melvin called twice leaving a message for what sounded to be my father's name, saying he has complaints and petitions on his name for tax evasion. Said he should call this number or Melvin will proceed with . . . (couldn't understand him as his English was so broken and his accent so thick) . . . and warrant for his arrest.
Dad's dead Melvin, good luck with that warrant.
