Called. Didn't answer. When I called back, it was from an Auto warranty company.
Telemarketer

Girl on the phone called about a car I haven't had in over 8 months asking if I want to renew my warranty.

After I said I have not had that car in over 8 months and my number was on a do not call list, she changed tactics and said she was working with a company "upstairs" and if I had over $10,000 dollars in debt they would help me refinance.

I advised her that my debt is under control, the number will be reported as a spam call, hung up on her, placed number on auto reject.

The number was listed out of Los Angeles.

Picked up and heard nothing but silence.

They are working to sell auto warranties.  Long delay between saying hello and hearing someone's voice.
