Called two times today. No message left.

I received an automated call stating the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me, This call was my final notice please call 213-422-6307 to resolve this issue

these guys are using a spoof caller id. blocked this number on phone and they called again  the next day

DO NOT call back and fall victim to these crooks! They are claiming they are the IRS and that they are going to file a lawsuit against you. It's a LIE. The IRS would never notify you in this manner. I called just for fun. It sounded like it dialed overseas. Someone with an accent answered identifying themselves as "Deputy So & So" with the IRS. I asked if it was really the IRS (knowing it wasn't) and he says "Uh huh". I asked him his name again. He says "McKenzie". I asked for a direct phone number to call him back. He says "100" and then hangs up. Such a crock. PLEASE, these guys prey on people and unfortunately there are a few that fall for it. Protect your elders who are most susceptible to these scams :(
